How to invite users to your organization account?
Once you have created a MyXLSTAT organization account, the first step is to send an invitation to the people in your organization who will be using XLSTAT. To do this, go to the Users section and click on Add a user.
A new window opens and allows you to add the email list of the XLSTAT users in your organization.
You can either enter the email addresses in the field List of emails to invite or import a list of emails from a .csv file. It is also possible to invite users to join a group directly.
Enter the mailing list to invite
If you enter emails in the field List of emails to invite, you have to enter the first email address then hit the Enter key on your keyboard then enter the second email address, and so on.
You can also copy and paste email addresses from a text file. In this case, your email addresses must be separated by a space.
Import an email list from a .csv file
Another possibility is to import a list of emails from a .csv file. Be careful, your columns must be separated either by commas or semicolons as in the example below.
To do this, click on the Import .csv button then select the .csv file that contains the list of your email addresses. Then, select the variable corresponding to your emails in the .csv file.
After clicking on Confirm, the emails contained in the .csv file will appear in the List of emails to invite field.
Finally, click on Invite to send invitations to create a MyXLSTAT account for these users.
Invite user(s) to a group
You also have the possibility to invite your users to join a specific group directly. If you select a group, users matching the email list you added will automatically be linked to the group you chose.
Then click on Send Invite.
Track pending invitations
Once the invitations have been sent, you have the possibility to track users who have not accepted the invitation to join your Organization account. In this case, you can resend them an invitation.
